Come celebrate the opening of this nationally touring exhibition exploring the multifaceted work of legendary jazz innovator and beloved Bennington professor Milford Graves, with an in-gallery pop-up performance by Bennington music faculty.

Attendees can explore a range of Field Work Term (FWT) opportunities aligned with their career and academic objectives, alongside guidance on work authorization procedures for international students. The event will be held both in-person as well as virtually via Zoom.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Jazz pianist Jason Moran will give a masterclass in improvisation, combining lecture and demonstration while working with an ensemble of Bennington music students.

In a concert presented by Usdan Gallery and the Carriage Barn Music Series, acclaimed jazz pianist and composer Jason Moran will perform a solo piano dedication to the life and work of longtime Bennington music professor and visionary drummer Milford Graves.
