Thursday Afternoon Yoga

Meyer Recreation Barn

CAMPUS COMMUNITY ONLY | Faculty, staff, and students are invited to join Carly Rudzinski for yoga in the Faculty Dance Studio (above the Meyer Rec Barn) every Thursday from 12:30pm-1:30pm (except Plan Days and Thanksgiving). Classes will be designed for all levels. There are a few mats available in the dance studio, but if you have your own mat and props, please bring them. There is no sign up process required—come for as many sessions as you like! Please contact Carly Rudzinski with any questions. Hope to see you there!
