Health Requirements for Fall Term
Early this summer you will be emailed a notification from Practice Fusion, our Health Center's software. The email will have a link that will allow you to create a patient portal.
Once in the portal, you can fill out all required health and insurance information.
Filling out this information in Patient Fusion must be completed by August 1.
The required information includes:
- Health History
- Immunization Record
- Varicella
- TB Screening
- TB Testing
- Consent
- Release of Records
To protect and ensure the health of everyone in the campus community, we have established certain health requirements that allow us to do our best for you. These requirements must be met before your arrival if you wish to occupy campus housing or register for classes. It will take more time than you think to collect your health information and complete the required immunizations, so please get started as soon as possible.
All full-time Bennington College students must be covered by a health insurance policy. College-sponsored insurance plans are not available to us. Student must provide their own insurance coverage. Proof of this coverage is due by August 1. For more information please see our Student Health Insurance webpage.
International students must be covered by a health insurance policy that is approved by the College. More information about international student health insurance will be listed on this page and delivered by email this summer.
As part of Bennington's comprehensive wellness program, we will require incoming students to complete some online courses by September 1, 2024.
We have partnered with 3rd Millennium Classrooms to offer online prevention and intervention courses.
