OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Local poet James Crews will lead this four hour workshop on mindfulness and writing, held at the Robert Frost Stone House Museum in South Shaftsbury.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Local poet and teacher James Crews will offer a follow up to his popular August workshop on Mindfulness and Writing. This session will examine the connections between the practice of meditation/mindfulness and the act of writing fearlessly from the heart. All levels welcome. The event will be held at the Robert Frost Stone House Museum, located just north of the Bennington-Shaftsbury town line at 121 VT Route 7A in South Shaftsbury, VT. The workshop will be held in the red barn on the property. The cost for the workshop is $40 for Frost Stone House members / $50 for non-members.
