Clear Day Thunder: Rescuing the American Chestnut

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Join us for the screening of Clear Day Thunder organized by the BIO 2131 How to Build a Forest class to learn about chestnut preservation on our campus. This American Chestnut Federation documentary includes Dolly Parton, Jimmy Carter, and chestnut evangelists. Speakers include Kerry Woods, a Bennington ecology professor emeritus, and Robert Graham, a New England Botanic Garden land steward. There will be roasted chestnuts and mulled cider, so bring your favorite mug! We can't wait to see you in Tishman on November 1 from 5:00–7:00 pm!
