Health and Wellness
At Bennington, there are a number of resources to help ensure the health and well being of all members of the community.
The Office of Student Life helps you navigate Bennington’s vibrant campus life and take advantage of the many resources available to you. Staff are available to help you get information, guidance, and support on non-academic matters and we provide 24-hour emergency coverage for students. You are welcome and encouraged to stop into the office for assistance, to offer ideas or suggestions, to learn how to connect with other offices or organizations on campus.
The Office of Student Health Promotion operates from a holistic model of well-being. We provide programming that allows students to access information around well-being and health promotion, as well as programs aimed at risk reduction. Campus Safety
Campus Safety officers are available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are good people to know; they’ll let you into your room when you’re locked out, let you check out a key to various spaces on campus, and assist you in an emergency. Find our Title IX Policy, Clery Report, and other key safety measures.
Health & Psych Services
Both Health Services and CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are conveniently located in the Student Health Center.
Disability Accommodations
Bennington provides accommodations that are reasonable to otherwise qualified students with documented disabilities when such accommodations are requested and necessary to ensure equal access to programs and facilities.
