We hope you have been enjoying the beautiful weather this week. The warmth has been invigorating and is making us think of all the possibilities before us.

As many of you are beginning to schedule vaccine appointments, we wanted to let you know the College has decided to provide staff with paid time off from work to attend vaccine appointments. We'll provide up to 4 hours of paid time off for this purpose; employees are asked to coordinate requests for time off through their manager and should request to use COVID Vaccine pay in ADP, following the same steps as requesting vacation and sick time.

If you have already received your vaccine and have used accrued leave, sick, or vacation time to attend appointments, we will reverse that transaction in ADP so time is returned for your personal use. In this case, please email benefits@bennington.edu with the date and number of hours (maximum 4) to be reversed.
