Commencement Keepsake Boxes

For graduates, we have also designed a Commencement keepsake box filled with mementos from Bennington, which they will be receiving to the mailing address they provided as part of their submitted Commencement information. 

Keepsakes include:

• A Tricky Chickie Cookie, as a tribute to the Dining Hall’s beloved tricked-out chicken sandwich.
• Stickers, so they can carry home with them, wherever they go next. 
• A cap and tassel, embodying this culmination of their academic accomplishments. 
• A key ring, since campus safety won’t be there to help if they get locked out at their new place. 
• A coaster, cut from tree limbs that fell across the campus they call home away from home. 
• A luggage tag to represent Bennington throughout their travels. 
• Photo booth props, so they can celebrate in style.
• A candle to remind them to breathe deeply—relax—and take in their moment.

The exterior of this box is decorated with landmarks from around the campus that has become their home. Inside, we have rendered the night sky over the End of the World—the mountainous overlook where Commencement Eve is traditionally held—as it will appear on Saturday, May 30, the evening of their graduation.
