Jess Kutch is a social entrepreneur and an advocate for workers' rights. She is the co-founder of Coworker.org, a digital platform for people to win change in the workplace. In 2015, Coworker.org co-hosted a townhall on worker voice with President Obama at the White House.

Previously, Kutch served as Organizing Director at Change.org, where she led a team of campaigners in providing strategic support to the site's users. Her work raised Change.org’s profile around the world and helped inspire thousands of people to launch and lead their own petitions. Kutch also spent five years with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), where she pioneered digital strategies for the labor movement. Kutch regularly speaks at conferences, most recently as a featured speaker at the 2015 Personal Democracy Forum and Tim O'Reilly's Next:Economy summit. She is a former senior fellow for the New Organizing Institute, a 2014 Echoing Green global fellow and recipient of the 2015 J.M.K. Innovation Prize. She lives in Washington, DC with her wife, Rebecca, and their son, Sam.
