Voice’s New Book Examines Philosopher John Rawls
Philosophy faculty member Paul Voice examines the influential work of prominent political philosopher John Rawls in his new book Rawls Explained, published this month by Open Court Press.
The latest installment in the publisher's Ideas Explained series, Voice's book puts Rawls' complex arguments into accessible terms for first-time readers of his work, while also addressing some of the popular criticisms against it.
Rawls Explained is Voice's second book; Morality and Agreement: A Defense of Moral Contractarianism was published in 2002.
