Sweeney MFA ’13 Makes “35 Over 35” Debut Authors List
New York Times best-selling author Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney MFA ’13 was included in the annual “35 Over 35” list, which celebrates 35 debut authors over the age of 35 years old.
D’Aprix Sweeney’s debut novel, The Nest, which she published last year at 55 years old, was named a best book of 2016 by People, the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, NPR, Amazon, Refinery29 and LibraryReads. The book was also a Goodreads choice fiction finalist, a Barnes & Noble Discover New Writers’ Pick and an Indie Next #1 Pick.
