Practicing mindfulness has been shown to diminish stress and improve physical and mental wellbeing. Meyer Recreation Barn Bennington College

Meets Wednesday evenings (except Halloween) in the Meyer Rec Barn upstairs dance studio. This curriculum was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn of the University of Massachussetts Medical Center over 30 years ago, and has grown to be the most studied and widely used stress reduction program around the world.
