OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Please join sound healer Stephen Earnhart for his signature “SOUND SPIRAL”, a deeply immersive and relaxing sound journey for the mind and body.

Audience members typically lie down on blankets or mats (like the end of a yoga class), but can also choose to sit in a chair. Stephen then leads the audience through a short meditation and breathing exercises before “bathing” them with different therapeutic sounds. He uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drums, and other sacred sound instruments to lead audience members into a state of deep meditative restoration.

The goal of the “Sound Spiral” is to provide each person with an experience that’s both unique and communal, a journey through the senses, the body’s energy centers (called chakras), and different layers of consciousness, eventually spiraling down into the profound space of deep inner silence.

Sound baths have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, boost the immune system, repair DNA, lessen depression and negative thinking, improve sleep patterns, and promote inner peace. Most find them incredibly relaxing. One only needs to lie down, get cozy, and allow the beautiful vibration to wash over them.

Give yourself a vacation from worry and stress and a chance to remember what deep rest feels like.
