CAMPUS COMMUNITY ONLY | Agnes Borinsky (she/they) is a writer and theater-maker based in Los Angeles.

Her plays include The Trees (Playwrights Horizons & Page 73), A Song of Songs (Bushwick Starr & El Puente), Of Government (Clubbed Thumb), Ding Dong It's the Ocean (Rady&Bloom), Brief Chronicle, Books 6-8 (i am a slow tide), and others. Participatory projects include the Working Group for a New Spirit (Bushwick Starr) and Weird Classrooms (University Settlement).

Sasha Masha, her trans YA novel, came out in 2021. Her plays have been published by 3 Hole Press and Bloomsbury. With Yasser Abu-Shaqra, she is co-editor of the forthcoming Futures: An Anthology of Contemporary Arab Theater.

Agnes is an inaugural fellow of the 2023-25 Mandel Institute Cultural Leadership Program, was a 2021-22 Art of Practice Fellow with the Sundance Interdisciplinary Program, and is a member of New Dramatists.
