Demystifying the Art World Lecture Series
Danny Greenberg is an artist, writer, and arts administrator based in New York City. They received their BFA from Washington University in St. Louis in printmaking and drawing with a minor in writing in 2011, their MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in print media in 2014, and attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2018. Danny participated in The Drawing Center Viewing Program, The Art & Law Program, The Interdisciplinary Art and Critical Theory Program, Marble House Project, Anchor Graphics, and the BRIC Video Art Residency Program, among others. Danny is Co-founder of PACT (Personalized Art Collecting Together) with Troy Hoffman, and previously held positions at Salon 94 and David Zwirner. They have been a lecturer at Yale and hold adjunct positions at Parsons, Pratt, and CUNY. Danny’s artistic practice considers the intersection of Mental Health and the Arts working in printmaking, performance, and video essay. They have been involved in crisis and harm reduction services since 2017.
