An organizing meeting to set up a student climate group at Bennington College will be held at Bennington. All Bennington students are invited. Emily Thompson of the Sunrise Movement at Middlebury College will talk about how to set up a Sunrise hub. Pizza will be provided.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | This talk discusses the everydayness in China’s Reform Era (1978-1989). Jingsheng Zhang is a scholar of contemporary Chinese literature and visual arts, with a special focus on Chinese avant-garde literature and art of the 1980s.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Writers and artists have a constant drive to subvert the conventional path of representation, and Mario Bellatin, through his literary pieces and multidisciplinary artistic journeys, has taken this call, of reconfiguring space and time, to even stranger fictional interstices.
