Rojay R. Bryan serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bennington College. As a conscientious and empathetic leader in higher education, Mr. Bryan offers a distinctive perspective on D, E, & I, leveraging his expertise in admissions and enrollment, project management, and program development. With a profound and personal comprehension of the dynamic landscape of higher education and the diverse needs of students, Mr. Bryan plays a crucial role as a member of this community.

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Bryan served as the Admissions Associate and Presidio Park Trust Liaison at the Bay School in San Francisco, CA. Furthermore, he has held various roles, including Lead Admissions Assistant, Assistant Coordinator for Student Engagement, and student leader for the President's Working Group (PWG) during his studies at Bennington College. In these capacities, he gained valuable insights into the complexities of race, class, culture, ability, and gender dynamics on college campuses.
