Lortel Fellowships: Related Content

Twelve students from Bennington College have been selected to participate in the 2021 Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation Fellowships in Theatre, a program run in partnership with the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation. 

From expanding Population Health research at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center to supporting refugees resettling in Idaho to creating puppets for stop-motion films in Denmark, Bennington students made a worldwide impact across myriad disciplines this Field Work Term. 

Eighteen students from Bennington College have been selected to participate in the 2020 Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation Fellowships, a program run in partnership with the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy highlighted Bennington as a college that, in a time of turmoil in higher education, is finding success through a model that blends traditional fundraising with innovative partnerships and initiatives that align with its strengths and mission. 

36 states. 42 countries. 6 continents. (Antarctica, we’re coming for you!) During Field Work Term 2018, Bennington students went everywhere. 

Bennington College is pleased to announce the launch of The Lucille Lortel Foundation Fellowships in Theatre, a pilot grant program offering paid internships in off-Broadway non-profit theatre companies for exceptional Bennington drama students.
