Mohammed Naseehu Ali is the author of The Prophet of Zongo Street, a collection of short stories. His fiction and essays have been published by the New York Times, The New Yorker, Mississippi Review, Bomb, Gathering of the Tribes, Essence and Open City. Ali lives in Brooklyn, NY, and teaches undergraduate fiction at NYU’s Creative Writing Program.
