Caitlin Brzezinski '14
Caitlin Brzezinski is an actor and puppeteer based in New York City. She is currently a second-year acting student at The William Esper Studio in Manhattan. Brzezinski completed training programs at The Pig Iron Theater Company’s School for Advanced Performance Training, The British American Drama Academy, and the Accademia dell’Arte.
Her undergraduate work at Bennington College examined cultural narrative in the performing arts through Drama informed by Comparative Literature and Socio-Cultural Anthropology. Her advanced work was inspired by folk tales and oral history.
Caitlin's current project, created in collaboration with performer Libby Schap, is a full-length shadow puppet show entitled Flying Lessons. Flying Lessons received a 2018 Bob Jolly Grant, a 2018 Jim Henson Workshop Grant, and a 2019 Jim Henson Production Grant.
