Supporting Student Work

Bennington College prioritizes experiential learning experiences. At the Frost House, students have free admission. Students also have several work opportunities at the Frost House, from Field Work Term internships, to docent positions.

The Frost House and grounds are a hub of interdisciplinary activity and student work, ranging from literature to environmental studies and digital humanities. Recent projects include:

  • Senior sculpture show in the barn, in conversation with the temporality in Frost’s work

  • 3D Drone imagery of the buildings

  • Hand-illustrated Field Guide to trees on the Frost grounds

  • Curation of the JJ Lankes Gallery and hand-printed guide

  • Elementary school curriculum and materials

  • Draft of an audio tour of the house and grounds

  • Curation of a digital gallery of Frost Christmas cards
