Jan 29, 2010
Oceana Wilson, Director of Library and Information Services, was interviewed on Vermont Public Radio this week after winning the American Library Association's   "I Love My Librarian Award," a national prize sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York and The New York Times. Wilson, one of 10 winners chosen from more than 3,200 nominations, received $5,000 and was honored at a ceremony last month in New York.

"I'm enamored with the library at Bennington College and the community," she told VPR's Mitch Wertlieb on Vermont Edition. "So it's a pretty great thing to feel some of that love coming back."
