Any damage to individual student rooms will be billed to the student(s) who lived in that room at the end of the academic term; any damage to house common areas will be divided and billed to all house residents.
  • Rooms of December graduates and students not returning in the spring must include all original College furniture. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the replacement cost of the missing furniture.
